SHIPPING POLICY- DOMESTIC
Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days. We use FedEx ground for delivery, so please bear in mind that it is not possible to deliver to a PO Box. Please contact us directly so that we can formulate an alternative delivery method. Coral & Tusk is not responsible for any delays in delivery errors.

SHIPPING POLICY - INTERNATIONAL
The receiver is responsible for all incurred taxes and customs duties. International deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes which the receiver will be required to pay upon receipt. Coral & Tusk is not responsible for customs issues or delays. We use USPS for shipping international deliveries.

SALES TAX
Sales tax will be charged to NY residents on all taxable items.

OUT OF STOCK POLICY
We do our absolute best to have all listed items in stock. If the item is out of stock for some reason, we will notify you immediately via email with a revised lead time on delivery. At that point you will have the option to accept the revised delivery date or cancel your order.

GIFT WRAPPING
Coral & Tusk provides gift wrapping upon request. Please indicate if you would like your purchase gift wrapped in the “special instructions” box on the ordering page.

RETURN POLICY
We will accept returns for store credit or equal merchandise exchange within 30 days of order. Please contact us prior to sending back any item you’d like to return. All returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Damage/defect claims must be communicated within 5 business days of package arrival. Shipping costs and any damage resulting from returning goods are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
