We are so excited to share a new collectors' series with you!

In Japan, National Cat Day is celebrated on February 22nd. This day is significant because the date in Japanese sounds like the words "nyan nyan nyan," which is the same as “meow meow meow” in the United States. To celebrate this special day, we’re beginning a new tradition. Every year on Cat Day, we will release a collectible postcard art print featuring the Adventure Cats, with 2026 being the first year for the series. The printed postcard will feature original watercolor paintings by Stephanie.

Each year, the Adventure Cats will take an annual journey, traveling to faraway places to explore new landscapes and meet new friends. This collectible series will be an illustrated commemoration of their trip, including the places they visited, the sights they saw, the activities they did, and the friends they met along the way.

Our new Adventure Cat series features Selkie & Felix, Egyptian Mau Siblings. I thought, why not imagine 2 cats for Cat Day 2/22 instead of just 1! Selkie & Felix are one of our team members, Lynsey’s cats. We often see Selkie and Felix in virtual meetings and Lynsey shares the cutest pictures of them, it’s exciting to have them be our Adventure Cat muses!

I was inspired to have Selkie and Felix visit Iceland as the first Adventure Cats destination because I have always wanted to go there, and I am intrigued by the extremely diverse landscape. Luckily, two Coral & Tusk team members, Alija and Asumi, have each traveled there with their partners and shared some incredibly beautiful images from their trip. That way, we were able to help tell Selkie & Felix exactly what to check out, and we thought we would share these inspiring snapshots with you as well!
