Introducing Titlee x Coral & Tusk!
We are thrilled to introduce our collaboration jewelry collection with French jeweler, Titlee, now available to purchase on our website!
A capsule collection of embroidered jewelry born from a friendship between two designers; one in New York and one in Paris. In this collection, Coral & Tusk’s fantastical take on the natural world takes shape under the expert hands of Titlee’s gilders, engravers, enamelers and embroiderers.
Séverine Balanqueux is the designer behind Titlee, a made-in-France jewelry collection. Stephanie Housley, is the Brooklyn based designer of Coral & Tusk. Together, they have created a collection of story-telling pieces to wear, to display, and to make one’s own. We introduce a beautiful story written by two pairs of hands.
Each piece was inspired by a Coral & Tusk embroidered design. Fox, Kitty, Owl and Rabbit pocket doll characters become necklaces you can wear, each equipped with their own accessory. Bunny and Bison merit Badges, Circus Raccoon and Oriole Feather pins are now gold jewels adorning any look. Horseshoe and Four leaf clover charm bracelets bring good luck, and a unique embroidered ornament adds a beautiful element to home decor.
Our custom made, large scale embroidered Circus Raccoons hung on the wall alongside La Belle Equipe's equipment as it's main use is a boxing gym! The beautiful display that was put together by the amazing team at Titlee, included the inspiration pieces next to the jewels in miniature intricate hand drawn environments.
The jewels also had their debut to the trade at the KID show in Paris, held at the beautiful Bastille Design Center in the Marais neighborhood in the city. We were lucky to show at such an incredible location, providing welcomed light and simple displays to show our embroidered products.
After such a warm reception in Paris, we couldn't be more excited to share them on our website! We have been fans of Titlee's jewelry line for a long time and are incredibly lucky to have cultivated a close and collaborative friendship with Séverine Balanqueux. These pieces are a true bridge between Coral & Tusk and Titlee, Brooklyn and Paris, and we hope you enjoy them!
