We believe in giving back and donate regularly to nonprofits and organizations that align with our company values and principles, and are committed to contributing to environmental and social justice causes.

In 2024 moved by a heartbreaking act of animal cruelty toward a wolf in Wyoming, we re-issued two iconic wolf designs from our archives. 100% of the profits from these pieces were donated to The Humane Society Legislative Fund to support their vital work advocating for policies that protect animals like wolves.

Thanks to your support, we raised and donated $7,500! And for Giving Tuesday, a group of generous donors QUADRUPLE-matched donations to the HSLF up to $20,000. So our contribution went FOUR times as far!

The Humane Society Legislative Fund works to pass animal protection laws at the state and federal levels, to educate the public about animal protection issues, and to support humane candidates for office. Learn more about their work on their website.

In 2024 we donated $1,500 to the Wyoming Arts council. This scholarship will be awarded annually to a Native individual. Because we are keeping one appropriated item in the line, our Quill design, we are acknowledging the source of inspiration by committing a donation of $1,500 a year to the Native Art Fellowship through 2027, or until the Quill design is retired and no longer available for sale.

2023

NATIFS - $1,000

We pledged 10% of profits from our Three Sisters Dinner Napkin and our Abundance Table Runner to NĀTIFS. In 2023 we raised $1,000. NĀTIFS is dedicated to addressing the economic and health crises affecting Native communities by re-establishing Native foodways. They imagine a new North American food system that generates wealth and improves health in Native communities through food-related enterprises.

Wyoming Arts Council - $1,500

In 2023 we donated $1,500 to the Wyoming Arts council. This scholarship will be awarded annually to a Native individual.

2022

NATIFS - $2,000

November 2022 we committed 10% of profits from table linens, tablecloths, and napkins to North American Traditional Indigenous Food Systems (NĀTIFS) in honor of National Native American Heritage month. Together we raised $2,000.00 for NĀTIFS.

Wyoming Arts Council - $1,000

In 2022 we donated $1,000 to the Wyoming Arts council. This scholarship will be awarded annually to a Native individual.

In 2021 we donated 10% of profits from our Spring 2021 Songbirds Collection to The National Audubon Society. In 2022 for our new Winter Birds Collection we carried out the same donation pledge and donated 10% of 2022 profits from the collection to Audubon. We were able to donate $1,000 to their conservation efforts!

The National Audubon Society protects birds and the places they need throughout the Americas using science, advocacy, education, and on-the-ground conservation. Learn more about their work here.

NDN Collective - $28,000

NDN Collective is an Indigenous-led organization dedicated to building Indigenous power. People's Parner for Community Development - $5,000

(PPCD) is a nonprofit organization serving the communities of the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation in Southeastern Montana. Today, PPCD collaborates with reservation communities to ensure grassroots leaders have the resources, education, tools, and training they need to empower their communities. To learn more about this organization please visit: peoplespartners.org

Inuit Circumpolar Council-Alaska - $2,000

Through its Alaskan Inuit Food Sovereignty Initiative, the Inuit Circumpolar Council-Alaska is convening Inuit community leaders from across Alaska. The Initiative seeks to unify Inuit throughout the state to advocate for land and wildlife management sovereignty.For more information about this organization, its efforts, please visit:iccalaska.org

We also made a donation of $5,000 as the base of a scholarship at the Wyoming Arts council.

This scholarship will be awarded annually to a Native individual. Give India - $9,000

Project Nanhi Kali - $9,000

In response to the COVID-19 crisis in India, we pledged to donate 1% of sales to COVID-19 relief efforts. Our production partners in India recommended supporting Give India and Project Nanhi Kali.  In 2021 we donated $9,000 to each organization totaling $18,000 in contributions.

Women for Women International - $10,000

The summer of 2021, in response to the humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan we donated $10,000 to Women for Women International. Women for Women has been involved in Afghanistan since 2002, providing support and healthcare to 127,000 women in five provinces. They are currently working with displaced women and families while navigating the quickly changing landscape.

First Nations Development Institute - $1,000

In 2021 we donated 10% of total profits from our Abundance table runner and Three Sisters dinner napkin to the First Nations Development Institute for a total contribution of $1,000. First Nations Development Institute improves economic conditions for Native Americans through direct financial grants, technical assistance & training, and advocacy & policy. Black Girls with Gardens - $500

BGWG is a collective dedicated to providing inspiration and resources to women of color interested in gardening. Learn more about BGWG here and consider donating directly to their efforts. We donated 25% of proceeds from May 21st - 23rd sales directly to their cause, a total of $500. City Harvest - $500

To celebrate Earth Day we donated 20% of proceeds from April 23rd - 25th sales to City Harvest, New York City’s largest food rescue organization, a total of $500. Our $500 gift was enough to feed 1,428 New Yorkers in need for a day. Read more about their work here and consider donating directly.

Oceana - $2,500

Sea Shepherd Conservation Society - $2,500

Our intention for our spring Coastal Collection was to draw awareness to the unique beauty of the sea and celebrate the diversity of life found in our world’s oceans. We pledged to donate 10% of 2020 profits from the coastal designs to organizations working to protect and restore our oceans. 5% was donated toOceana, for a total of $2,500. 5% was donated toSea Shepherd Conservation Society, for a total of $2,500.

NSW Rural Fire Service - $4,115

In response to the widespread, catastrophic bushfires in Australia, we donated $4,115 to the NSW Rural Fire Service. Read more about our donation on our blog post, Giving to Australia.

No Kid Hungry - $514.50

We donate 100% of sales from our Camp Coloring PDF Download to No Kid Hungry, an organization fighting to end childhood hunger. In 2020 we donated $514.50.

Global Giving - $1,770

We donated 100% of proceeds from our Anchor Face Masks to Global Giving COVID-19 Relief Fund for a total of $1,770.

Friends of the Animal Shelter - $2,000

$2,000 from our Dog Watercolors were donated to The Street Dog Project at Friends of the Animal Shelter to support volunteers rescue animals affected by the wildfires in Oregon.

The summer of 2020 we donated $12,000 over an eight week period to organizations and funds that fight for social justice and racial equity. Each of our employees were given the opportunity to select an organization to contribute to.

Founded in 2009, Brooklyn Community Foundation is the first and only public foundation solely dedicated to Brooklyn’s charitable community, working in partnership with generous donors and community leaders to bolster vital nonprofits, strengthen neighborhoods, and increase opportunities for youth. Black Mamas Matter Alliance - $750

The Black Mamas Matter Alliance is grounded in human rights, reproductive justice, and birth justice frameworks, and incorporates respectful maternity care tenets. Black Women’s Health Imperative - $750

Equal Justice Initiative - $1,500

Founded in 1989, EJI is a non-profit law organization that provides legal services to the poor, incarcerated and condemned. EJI's work includes litigation, advocacy and education. Their criminal justice reform initiatives include challenging the death penalty, children in adult prisons, wrongful convictions, excessive punishment and prison conditions. Fair Fight - $1,500

Thurgood Marshall College Fund - $750

Facing History and Ourselves uses lessons of history to challenge teachers and their students to stand up against bigotry and hate. Greening Youth Foundation - $1,500

The Fresh Air Fund - $1,500

Past Contributions

The National Resources Defense Council (NRDC) Works to safeguard the earth: its people, plants and animals, and the natural systems on which all life depends. Over the years we've donated a total of $3,200 to the NRDC.

The Ocean Conservancy is an international organization dedicated to advocating for science based solutions in order to promote sustainability in ocean environments. We pledged 10% of 2016 proceeds from the Big Sur collection to the Conservancy and donated $10,000 with a benefactor matched donation total of $20,000.

2017 marked the heartbreaking passing of Paco, Coral & Tusk founder Stephanie and her husband Chris’s incredible Cane Corso Mastiff. Paco was our company mascot and favorite co-worker. Paco's likeness graced many of our products, from pouches and pins to pocket dolls. In his memory, we donated $1,300 to Cane Corso Rescue, the same organization that facilitated Paco’s adoption in 2011.

AZ Mastiff Rescue is dedicated to rescuing Giant or Mastiff Breeds, restoring them to health, and finding them loving, permanent homes. Through AZ Mastiff Rescue, Stephanie and her husband Chris found and adopted the newest member of the Coral & Tusk family, Fuji! In 2017 we donated $1,000 to AZ Mastiff Rescue.

For nearly 100 years, the ACLU has been our nation’s guardian of liberty, working in courts, legislatures, and communities to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties that the Constitution and the laws of the United States guarantee everyone in this country. In 2016 we donated $800 to the ACLU.

As the grassroots arm of the women’s movement, the National Organization for Women is dedicated to its multi-issue and multi-strategy approach to women’s rights, and is the largest organization of feminist grassroots activists in the United States. In 2016 we donated $800 to the NOW.

Since 1970, the Native American Rights Fund (NARF) has provided legal assistance to Indian tribes, organizations, and individuals nationwide who might otherwise have gone without adequate representation. In 2016 we donated $800 to NARF.

The mission of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation is to prevent and cure breast cancer by advancing the world's most promising research. In 2016 we donated $900 to BCRF.

V-Day is a global activist movement to end violence against all women (cisgender, transgender, and those who hold fluid identities that are subject to gender-based violence), girls and the planet. In 2016 we donated $900 to V-Day.

Americares is a health-focused relief and development organization that responds to people affected by poverty or disaster with life-changing health programs, medicine and medical supplies. In 2016 we donated $900 to Americares.

The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) is an organization we are proud to support. In 2015 we introduced the Cats & Dogs collection, donating 10% of the collection's 2015 sales to the ASPCA, for a total of $9,250.

In response to the devastating earthquake in Nepal in 2015, we donated $750 to The American Red Cross in their efforts with the earthquake relief. Read more about our donation on our blog post, Nepal Earthquake Relief.

Defenders of Wildlife's mission is to protect species and the habitats upon which they depend. In doing so, they focus on preserving the health of our nation's rich biological heritage (biodiversity). Over the years we've donated a total of $1,500 to the Defenders of Wildlife.

The Jane Goodall Institute's mission is to support wildlife research, education and conservation. They promote informed and compassionate action to improve the environment shared by all Earth's living creatures. Over the years we've donated a total of $750 to the Jane Goodall Institute.

Osa Wildlife Sanctuary (Fundacion Santuario Silvestre de Osa), located on the Osa Peninsula in Costa Rica, is a local enterprise wholly committed to providing wildlife rescue and rehabilitation for orphaned, injured and displaced animals indigenous to the southern zone of Costa Rica. In 2011 we donated $400 to the Osa Wildlife Sanctuary.
