Somehow it’s the end of December?! This past season flew by! Thank you to everyone who shopped with us this year. We are so grateful to be part of your holiday decorating traditions and gift-giving. To celebrate another year, we are looking back at a few of our favorite moments from 2023. Thank you for making it an unforgettable year!

We ushered in our 15th year of business with a little look back at the past five years on the blog!

In January, we introduced our new Valentine Collection which was full of new product categories including Felt Envelopes. One product in particular from our Valentine’s Collection really took flight... the Bluebird of Happiness. We could hardly keep our Bluebird in stock this year. The Bluebird of Happiness is unique, constructed of felt with two places to hide a surprise.

For Spring we launched new Easter designs, new additions to our Cats and Dogs offering, and our Outdoor Fun collection. The Outdoor Fun collection was inspired by original embroideries that Stephanie created for our very first BOOK!

This spring we saw a long project come to fruition, The Coral & Tusk book published in Japan. Printed entirely in color and in Japanese, The Coral & Tusk book featured beautiful photography of Stephanie’s life in Wyoming by Rinne Allen and chronicled our fifteen years of business.

To celebrate the book launch we traveled to Japan! Stephanie signed copies of the book, participated in events, and met up with a few of our favorite collaborators. Coinciding with our travels to Japan we introduced new products to the Coral & Tusk x Nekomura collection and later in the year launched a collaboration collection with Yuriko Ishida for Lily Lab.

This summer, we introduced another collaboration that was years in the making, with Lela Rose! Our collaboration dinner napkins and table runner brought to life places that both Lela Rose and Stephanie have either lived in or visited. The charming designs brought new characters to the world of Coral & Tusk including Lela’s dog Bobbin steering a vintage motorcycle.

We also launched our new Mushroom and Ferns collection. Thanks to the positive feedback on last year’s mushroom collection, we wanted to bring even more fun fungi to our line. We shot the collection at the beautiful home of Perennial Stays, the perfect cottage backdrop for our storybook designs. Take a behind-the-scenes look at our photoshoot on the blog!

After taking four years off of exhibiting at trade shows we debuted our Fall and Holiday 2023 collection at Shoppe Object in NYC. It was wonderful to connect in person with the shopkeepers and store buyers who carry our line!

We created so many incredible new designs for Fall! We could not contain our excitement for the holiday season and decorating. First, we introduced additions to our birds and feathers collection, then we went all out for Halloween! For the spooky season we created an interactive bat pillow, our very first Halloween advent calendar, and one of our personal favorites - the Supermoon Spell pillow! For Thanksgiving and Christmas, we added new table linens, holiday decor, and brought back stockings!

We had so much fun bringing you new designs this year and we are so excited to dream up the next holiday collection. But first, we can’t wait to show you what’s in store for Valentine’s Day and SPRING! Thank you for your continued support and business, we could not do any of this without you!
